The founder's background
I am Firmin AMEGEE. I spent 17 years at TotalEnergies and 5 years at PSA before founding Coach4Bizness in 2019. This dual culture — large corporation and entrepreneurship — convinced me of one thing: sustainable growth doesn't happen by chance, but through clear direction, simple tools and disciplined execution.
My expertise spans strategy, management control, marketing, finance, human resources and change management. I put these skills at the service of founders and business owners who want to grow their business.
I hold a Master 2 MAE (Management and Business Administration) from EM Strasbourg Business School. Based in the Grand Est region, I travel throughout France and internationally, on-site or remotely.
