Privacy policy and data

Coach4Bizness places great importance on protecting your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

1. Data controller

OPALION, a SCIC simplified joint-stock company with variable capital of €1,500, 61 Avenue de la Forêt Noire, 67000 Strasbourg, France (SIREN 839 648 649), operating the Coach4Bizness brand, represented by Firmin Amegee, publication director. Contact: contact@coach4bizness.fr.

2. Purposes

  • Respond to contact and assessment requests.
  • Qualify prospects and prepare an initial business conversation.
  • Follow up the business relationship and deliver the services.
  • Send, with your prior consent, the Coach4Bizness newsletter (basis: consent).

3. Legal basis

  • Pre-contractual measures at the prospect's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Legitimate interest in responding to incoming requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Consent for the newsletter and non-essential cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Data collected

First and last name, company, professional e-mail address, phone (optional), company type, headcount, revenue, priority, urgency, message, as well as the source page, referrer, and UTM parameters.

5. Retention period

Prospect data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from collection or the last contact that went unanswered. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in accordance with legal obligations (in particular accounting and tax obligations).

6. Data processors

To provide the service, we rely on the following data processors:

  • Website and database hosting: Lovable Labs Incorporated (2261 Market Street STE 5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA) — delivery through Lovable's edge infrastructure and a Lovable Cloud (Supabase) database hosted in the European Union.
  • Processing of the assessment form: Lovable server functions.
  • Sending of transactional e-mails: no third-party e-mailing provider. Requests are stored in the Lovable Cloud database (European Union) and then handled from the publisher's business mailbox.
  • Appointment scheduling: Calendly LLC (USA) — booking of the assessment slot, only if you click the booking link.
  • Audience measurement: Lovable Labs Incorporated — analytics built into the hosting platform (visitors, page views, traffic sources, visit duration), processed in aggregate form, without building individual profiles or tracking across visits. No other audience-measurement tool is deployed.

7. Transfers outside the EU

Some data processors may host your data outside the European Union. In such cases, appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) are put in place.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability, as well as the right to set directives on the fate of your data after your death. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

9. Security

Access to prospect data is strictly limited and reserved to the server. No public read, modification, or deletion access is allowed on the database.
